Mercury
The story of Mercury began when Leslie Murdoch, a Bookkeeper and Overseer, teamed up with some French wine makers, to create the Tasmanian Cider Company. A large cider factory was set up in an old convict-built warehouse on Hobart’s docks.
100 years have passed, and so have many types of Mercury Cider – from Van-Diemens Sparkling, to Celebration, to Hard Cider available in half gallon flagons. Today, we continue to make Hard Cider, Genuine Draught Cider and Dry Cider.
